New Hope Civic Park Clean-Up

Our Chapter has been cleaning up the park by city hall for many, many years. There were a few years during construction and covid, when we did not have to do the clean-up, but now it is back on our schedule. This is a project that we have committed to each Spring and Fall. Many hands will make this light work. Members can bring older children and spouses if they choose. We have scheduled the clean-up for Saturday, September 21st from 10 am to noon and those that want to can stop by McDonalds for lunch or a snack after. We will be picking up trash around city hall, the playground area, the pool, and playhouse. This area is usually kept fairly clean, so it will be much different from picking up the 2.5 miles of Winnetka Avenue that we have done in the past. We will provide bags, you can bring gloves if you wish.
