November is the time of year to be thankful and our members express their thankfulness by donating items for our Thanksgiving Basket Project. With the help of our members, plus the Plymouth and Robbinsdale Cub Foods, we were able to put together 10 baskets to donate to a local food shelf.

Membership Social at Pocket Square
Members met up at Pocket Square Distillery in New Hope in November to socialize and were joined by several women from the community that wanted to learn about our volunteer organization and make some new friends. It was a great evening and Pocket Square is wonderful place to hang out.

Looking for Members at Crystal Frolics
Saturday, July 24th several members worked a booth at Crystal Frolics. We helped with their "first time" craft fair and talked to many ladies about New Hope Women of Today. It was a very hot day, but we enjoyed spending time together. Kathy N, Diane W. C, Sue W and Rachel B stopped for a picture.

Founder's Day Pictures at 35W Bridge
July 1st was Founder's Day for the Minnesota Women of Today. The 35W Bridge was lit up in blue to celebrate the occasion. Several members from District 7 met at the bridge for pictures.

Habitat Restoration at Bassett Creek Park
Rachel has been organizing our members as well as volunteers from Nextdoor.com to clear the invasive Garlic Mustard plants from the park. With the invasive plants removed, the plants that are native to the park will be able to reestablish themselves. It has been many evenings of work already done and more to go in order to clear as many invasive species as possible.

Welcome New Member
New Hope Women of Today would like to welcome our newest member, Rachel B. She found us in Nextdoor.com and attend our Ladies Night Out events at Frankie's Pizza. Her passion is service and she will be chairing our clean up project on Winnetka in the near future.
