Caramel Biscuits

2 packages of 10 refrigerated biscuits (or 3 packages of Grands)
cinnamon & sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. of butter or margarine
Grease a 13 inch by 9 inch pan.
Lay 20 biscuits or 24 Grands in the pan.
Mix some sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the tops.
Boil the other ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes and pour over the biscuits.
Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
When done, flip upside down on a large plate to cool.
Personal Notes: Can add chopped nuts atop before baking if desired. 20-24 servings would be incorrect because no one could eat just ONE!
