Struggling to get into a workout routine? Schedule it. Further, schedule it for a time you know you won't re-schedule or cancel. Evenings can be hard — life happens and the workout just doesn't happen.

Mornings are the hardest, but also the least likely to be re-scheduled. That is, of course, if you can wake up in time to actually get the workout done. And provided you actually get out of bed.
